Request deletion in Elyaw
Sign in to Elyaw. Open Menu, select Profile, then select Delete Profile and confirm. Your account remains available for 48 hours. During that time you can open Profile and select Cancel on the deletion notice to keep your account. After the 48-hour period, deletion is processed automatically.
If you cannot sign in
Email contact@elyaw.com with Elyaw data deletion in the subject. Include the email address associated with your Elyaw account and say if you used Facebook Login. We may ask for information to verify the request. Keep your password and verification codes private. Removing Elyaw from your Facebook settings revokes Facebook access. To request deletion of the information Elyaw already received, use one of the Elyaw options on this page.
What happens to your information
We remove or replace account identifiers and profile details and remove linked sign-in methods, including Facebook Login. Your former profile name and photo are replaced on retained shared records, which can remain available to their other participants. This includes relevant bookings, reviews and conversations. Message contents and information you included in shared records may remain. We retain payment, tax and other records as required by law. Deleted information can remain temporarily in rolling backups.

To ask us to remove particular personal information or to follow up on a request, email contact@elyaw.com. We assess requests under applicable privacy law. If you register again later, the new account will have its own history.
