Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 16 and meet any higher age and legal-capacity requirements that apply where you live. Obtain permission from a parent or guardian if local law requires it. Keep your account details secure and use accurate information. An organization account must be operated by someone authorized to act for it.
Listings, bookings and teams
Elyaw provides a platform for people and businesses to arrange transactions. The parties are responsible for their listings, agreed terms and performance. Before submitting a request, offer or booking, review the price, availability, cancellation terms and any deposit shown.
Team members use their own accounts and act for a business within the permissions it gives them. The business remains the transaction party and is responsible for its team activity on Elyaw. The business owner controls payments, payment methods and payouts. The name of the member who acted may appear in relevant messages, reviews or booking history.
Payments, deposits and refunds
Payment features vary by region and listing. Review the amount, estimated processing and platform fees, and payment and cancellation terms shown before paying. The payment provider handles payment processing. Any applicable deposit, refund, payout and fee rules depend on the transaction and the terms shown to you. Your mandatory consumer rights and any rights you have through your payment provider or bank still apply.
Content and community conduct
Describe your listings accurately. Respect other people and publish only content you have the right to use, including any music or other audio. You keep ownership of your content and give Elyaw the permission it needs to host and display it and to operate the service. Harassment, fraud, false reviews, unlawful content and misuse of safety alerts can lead to restrictions or removal.
Publish Highlights and Stories only for an eligible post you own or can manage. A Highlight is available for up to 30 days and a Story for up to 24 hours. Access may end sooner if the associated post or content becomes unavailable. Saving a Highlight does not extend its availability.
Reports and moderation
Use the available report option or email contact@elyaw.com to report unlawful content, abuse or a copyright concern. If a moderation decision affects you, contact us to request a review. Follow local authorities’ instructions during an emergency and contact emergency services directly when you need immediate help.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will identify the effective date and give notice of material changes before they apply when required by law. Updates respect your mandatory rights and the terms already agreed for a booking. For questions, email contact@elyaw.com.
